Senior Project Lead (Process Improvement & Capital Delivery)

The City of Toronto is transforming how it delivers capital infrastructure, and this role is central to that work. Reporting to the Manager, Capital Process Improvement Implementation, the Senior Project Lead will lead strategic initiatives that modernize and improve capital project delivery across the City.

Working closely with Engineering & Construction Services, Toronto Water, and Transportation Services, you will drive process improvements, strengthen coordination, and implement tools and frameworks that enhance efficiency, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
