Senior Project Manager - Facilities Planning

Senior Project Manager - Facilities Planning Reporting to the Director, Health Facilities Planning and Programs, the Senior Project Manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for the planning and delivery of safe, functional, high‑quality cost effective, sustainable facilities that meet the program ministries and Alberta Infrastructure technical (AIT) requirements. They will provide strategic leadership and represent the Ministry of Infrastructure in the delivery of Business Cases for major strategic capital health facility initiatives identified as priorities by Health Sector Ministries.

Lead projects and work with project stakeholders to oversee the development of Business Cases for complex health facilities and potentially Government Facilities including the identification of clinical/support areas and projected space programs required for infrastructure solutions for a site.
