About the role

The Senior Project Manager will be a key member of our CRM team, responsible for leading and managing complex projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Account teams, Technology leads, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans from initiation through implementation, deployment, and post-production. Define project scope, processes, timelines, and budget parameters in collaboration with Account teams and Technology leads. Proactively identify, communicate, monitor, and respond to project risks, developing mitigation plans as needed. Effectively communicate project status, deliverables, and timelines to all stakeholders, setting clear expectations.
