About this Role An experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multi purpose-built apartment rental developments within the company’s growing wood frame construction portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead projects through all phases of construction, from pre-development and tendering through construction, reporting, and close-out.

This role requires a strong background in wood frame multi-residential construction, contract administration, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and field operations management.
