The Opportunity: We are looking for an individualto provide full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties and to add value to the BentallGreenOak Real Estate Services team and clients.
What You Will Do: What you will do on a monthly basis: Full understanding of all property specific processes and upkeep of pertinent information relating to specific properties. Provide accurate and timely financial information as required internally by management and other departments, and externally to the client.
Produce monthly Financial Statements in accordance with accounting standards and policies
Utilize budgets and other tools to analyze variances
Ensure all GST/HST and other legislated taxes and assessments are reconciled and remitted
Property sales/turnover – final operating statements, funds distribution, HST reconciliation, closing of bank accounts, and any other relevant closing duties
