We are currently working with a Property Consultancy firm with 90+ years of expertise advising owners and occupiers across Greater London who are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join the team.

Within this role you will be expected to:

- Advise all aspects of property management including service charges, landlord & tenant, health and safety and day to day property management regularly
- Overseeing maintenance of the properties via third party contractors ensuring that works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard of workmanship
- Liaising with the accounts team on service charges and rent invoicing, end of year reconciliation and financial queries
