WestJet is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Loyalty Platforms team in our Commercial Technology office. This individual must be results driven, exhibit a high standard of excellence, and enjoy challenges. The incumbent must be highly motivated and thrive in a complex, fast paced environment.
As part of the Loyalty Technology team, the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will provide leadership on quality tasks to improve the delivery of loyalty projects, features and enhancements. This role includes test case development, test data creation, execution of tests, defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of QA strategies and delivery. This position requires an individual who demonstrates accountability, resourcefulness, determination, and a collaborative spirit.
