We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveying / Quantity Surveying Manager to lead a team in tender or contract administration for building works. The candidate will drive tender submissions, manage QS teams, and ensure contract compliance in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tender teams for building works projects (QS inputs, pricing, submission).
• Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
• Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.
