Senior Recruiter - English French Speaker - Hybrid

As a Cielo Senior Recruiter / Talent Partner , you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for recruiters and other team members.
Work Location: 2-3 days onsite in Mississauga, ON, Canada and remaining days working remotely.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week - Regular day shift.
Languages: English & French fluency is essential - Written & Verbal.
