Senior Associate, Recruitment
The Senior Associate, Recruitment is responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for contract and direct‑hire positions. This position works with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while managing candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time.
