We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruitment team. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within the construction industry and is capable of managing multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining high hiring standards. This role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and client management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction-related positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirements
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and other recruitment channels
Conduct paper screening, initial interviews, and candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and clients
