We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment strategy and execution for our Bogotá Office (Corporate Functions) and attract top-tier talent to Inspire Brands. This role requires a forward-thinking, data-driven leader who can craft and execute a high-impact talent strategy in our fast-growing, multi-brand environment. You will be responsible for developing innovative hiring solutions, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles based in Bogotá, from intake and sourcing through offer and pre‑onboarding, in close partnership with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing techniques and channels.
