This position works remotely in the Diabetes Care division.

Lead the salesforce towards achieving sales goals.
Establish and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales team.
Direct a team of District Sales Managers on sales planning, execution and HR issues.
Interact with marketing as required on all salesforce execution issues and strategic direction.
