Senior Research Associate, Mouse Immunization For Antibody Discovery (Montreal)

KisoJi is a next‑generation antibody company developing innovative therapeutics for cancer and other diseases. We are seeking a self‑motivated Senior Research Associate to join our mouse immunization team for the therapeutic antibody discovery program, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize mouse immunization protocols, including adjuvant selection and in‑vivo procedures, to generate robust immune responses.
• Conduct routine immunization procedures in small rodents: prepare antigens and adjuvants, handle animals, perform injection routes (SC, ID, IM, IP, IV), monitor health and immune responses, collect blood samples, harvest lymphoid tissues, isolate immune cells using sterile techniques, and coordinate shipment of samples.
• Maintain and manage mouse colonies: work with team and vivarium staff, design breeding strategies, perform breeding, manage colony data, genotyping, and documentation.
