Senior Research Associate, Mouse Immunization for Antibody Discovery

Responsibilities

• Immunization strategy development: Assist in designing immunization strategies based on target biology, antigen format, and project goals. Design and optimization of mouse immunization protocols, including adjuvant selection and in vivo immunization procedures, to generate robust immune responses against complex targets.
• Conduct routine immunization procedures in small rodents with high efficiency: Prepare antigens and adjuvants; conduct animal handling and various injection routes (SC, ID, IM, IP, IV); monitor animal health and immune responses in accordance with established protocols and ethical gu...
