Senior Safety Manager

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose

The Senior Safety Manager will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of a comprehensive Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) for CLFN. The primary goal is to achieve and maintain Certificate of Recognition (COR) certification in occupational health and safety. This role ensures safety practices align with industry standards, community values, and applicable legislation, while supporting operational departments with cross‑functional needs like incident investigations and equipment maintenance oversight from a COR compliance perspective.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a customized Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) aligned with COR requirements.
