Key Duties

Identify and acquire

new B2B customers

(Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Airlines, Conventions, Casino etc)

Develop and maintain a

strong sales pipeline

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Targets

Monthly sales revenue target

New client acquisition target

Conversion rate

2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Manage and grow

new and existing customer accounts

Build strong relationships with key clients

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues

Upsell and cross-sell product range (e.g. new SKUs, premium items)

3. MARKET DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

Identify new market segments and opportunities

Monitor competitors and pricing trends

Provide market feedback to management
