You will plan, lead and coordinate development activities at the Lab/benchtop level to better understand the Gum Base and Encapsulation product technology ( Formulation development (focusing on Structural, Chemical and Physical aspects of the materials used) and modification, product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation. etc.).
