Senior Scrum Master – Home Equity Finance IT

What is the Opportunity?

As a Senior Scrum Master in the Home Equity Finance (HEF) IT team in Personal Credit Technology, you will lead a large, multi‑year re‑platforming program in support of the HEF business. You will facilitate complex, high‑impact initiatives by leveraging advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery principles. You will manage cross‑functional dependencies, drive teams to deliver business outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to balance Agile flexibility with strong project governance and a multi‑year delivery roadmap in a fast‑paced, large‑enterprise environment.
