Senior Sensor Fusion & Data Architecture Lead

Location: Mississauga, Canada (on-site, 5 days a week)

Compensation: CAD 110,000 – CAD 150,000 annually

Major Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sensor fusion architecture across people, machines, and enterprise systems (edge → cloud → analytics).
• Define reference architecture, data models, APIs, and standards to support simulation, digital twin, and agentic AI.
• Act as technical authority across vendors and internal teams, translating business needs into scalable technical patterns.
• Lead people-based sensing initiatives, working directly with vendors to access and unlock available data.
• Partner with architecture and data science to validate data quality, coverage, and fitness-for-purpose, while ensuring privacy-by-design.
• Serve as primary interface with OT teams and vendors to identify, access, and document machine-generated sensor data.
