This individual will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform aligns with ITIL best practices, supports efficient service delivery, and meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services, including business services and configuration item relationships.
• Manage sprint releases and code migrations (managing update sets) in ServiceNow.
• Establish Change Advisory Boards and identify standard change management processes.
