What You’ll Do
Hands‑On Development
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, Service Portals, and Scoped Applications
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Contribute to solution architecture decisions and platform improvements
- Ensure high‑quality, maintainable, and secure code
Client Engagement
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
