Background:

Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Lead to guide the planning, adoption, and phased deployment of the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery module across a large and complex IT infrastructure. This role is critical to modernizing and automating IT asset visibility, improving CMDB data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
