Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of our Professional Services deployment methodology and packaged service offerings Work with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers to determine Services Strategy for customer base accounts. Present our Customer Experience overview (full portfolio of service offerings) and conduct services discovery sessions. Create and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans. Nurture mutually helpful relationships with our Service Partners. Assess project team training needs for prospects and customers. Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data. Handle, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work and other contractual documentation Provide support for services activities and events.
