You'll manage SLIs and SLOs to optimize performance while driving reliability improvements through structured incident response and blameless postmortems. Your contributions in architectural reviews will enhance production readiness and systems reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Reduce MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR via incident response
• Conduct blameless postmortems for continuous improvement
• Champion reliability in architectural assessments
• Design actionable alerts and insightful dashboards
