Description
Service Scope
- Incident Management – Triage in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team. If resolution requires code fixes, it will be handed off to the GMF L3/L4 team.
- Only Prod Environment is in scope.
- Application monitoring of all components in production.
- Coordination between teams to resolve issues.
- Debugging of issues.
- Minor fixes only in scope (configuration changes, updating credentials, updating certificates).
- Vulnerability remediation – limited to running the DevOps pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.
- Infra provisioning using the DevOps pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.
Staffing Requirement
- Primary skill – Net, Azure, DevOps, Integration Services.
Secondary skill – Familiarity with vulnerability remediation and infra provisioning.
