Our client is a federal government organization seeking a senior‑level procurement advisor to support strategic transformation initiatives within a complex and regulated environment.

• Develop a 2–3 year procurement strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and digital transformation objectives
• Provide expert advice on federal procurement vehicles, strategies, and compliance frameworks
• Design and implement governance frameworks linking financial and operational risk
