As a Senior Specialist in our Customer Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration with customers and optimizing supply chain operations. Key responsibilities in your new role

• Serve as the primary contact for all customer demand fulfillment topics
• Facilitate relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and manage supply chain meetings including customer and cross‑department sessions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer collaboration
• Coordinate open order status, delivery plans and lead time communication with customers
