Senior Strategic Asset Pricing Associate

We are seeking a **Senior Strategic Pricing Associate** to work from our **Duluth, GA** office location.

**WHO YOU ARE:**

The **Senior** **Strategic Pricing Associate** will play an integral role on QTS' Strategic Pricing team within the Asset Management group. In this role, you will work as a key member of a small, tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the Strategic Pricing team, you will be responsible for the economic analysis of prospective deals and help determine pricing recommendations for QTS' products and services, safeguarding profitability, and supporting the company's growth. In doing so, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams – Sales, Sales Ops, Strategic Finance, Legal, Product, Development, Investments, Site/Facility Operations and others. This position requires an analytical, detail-oriented, and organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities and tight deadlines.
