Optis is looking for a Senior Analyst, Sustainment Support in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal. Leverage your customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and support contract performance.
As a Senior Analyst, you will connect with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution of sustainment support services. Your expertise and communication skills will be vital in managing issues and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional and timely customer support
• Oversee ticketing systems and compliance with SLAs
• Diagnose client issues and coordinate with technical teams
• Document service actions and communicate effectively
• Generate reports on ticket resolutions and SLA performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 1.5 years in software support roles
• Proficient with major Source-to-Pay solutions
