• Own and champion the automate‑first engineering culture across the GTIO team
• Design reusable, peer-reviewed IaC frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python
• Engineer enterprise‑grade solutions; enforce IaC‑first PR governance; automate infrastructure drift remediation
• Lead systematic identification and elimination of manual operational work across the platform

AI‑Augmented Engineering

• Champion AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, AIOps platforms) across the engineering team
• Define and enforce team‑wide standards for AI‑assisted development, code review, and documentation
• Lead evaluations of AIOps tools for anomaly detection, capacity planning, and self‑healing workflows
• Continuously assess emerging AI capabilities and translate findings into actionable platform proposals
