About the Opportunity
- Senior Systems Engineer role on a team of 7, dealing with projects, solutioning, and daily operations involving servers/virtualization/storage/M365/etc.
- Generalist position that owns platforms and works on continuously improving systems, guiding teams on complex IT projects.
- Proactive issue discovery and proposing/implementing solutions is essential.
- Mostly on‑prem environment with ~300‑400 VMs – 90% Windows, 10% Linux – including Hybrid Exchange/EntraID.
- Role is 50% hands‑on and 50% projects/solutioning/discovery/documentation/guidance of teams.
About You
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong experience with Windows servers (on‑prem) with VMware, scripting, clustering.
- Strong M365 experience / Active Directory / EntraID.
