Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent
- Create talent pools by building lasting relationships (proactive hunting)
- Anticipate problems and recommend action plans accordingly
- Advise managers and candidates during the recruitment process
- Be involved in the strategic dimension of talent acquisition
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
- Contribute to the end‑to‑end recruitment process
- Offer a human and inclusive candidate experience
- Promote the Bank and identify potential profiles
- Contribute to improving co‑development processes and activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
