This is not a traditional recruiting role – it is highly strategic and proactive, focusing on continuous headhunting, year‑round pipeline development, strengthening Dulcedo’s position as an employer of choice, and building a deep understanding of the agency, talent, and creative market landscape. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work hand‑in‑hand to design creative, innovative, and high‑impact talent strategies.
