Senior Talent Partner (Remote)
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500 USD/month plus performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT (40 hours/week)

You will run high-volume candidate interviews back to back, evaluating English fluency, critical thinking, communication, and cultural fit for US clients.
