Engage collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze trends, resolve conflicts, and implement business processes that enrich both client and staff engagement. Your expertise will also contribute to discipline-specific learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching to Claims Supervisors for sound claims decisions
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in training
• Monitor trends and conduct data analysis
• Assist in resolving conflicts and escalated issues
• Support operational policies to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the insurance industry
• Required post-secondary education
