IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner)
We’re looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define effective recruiting strategies
Source, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake through offer and close
Guide hiring teams on interviewing best practices and decision-making
Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
Negotiate and close offers aligned with compensation guidelines
Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in Workday
