What you’ll do
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process while providing world‑class candidate experience
- Own and drive projects that continuously improve and refine our hiring and onboarding processes, data initiatives, and other key talent programs.
- Able to organize and manage talent outreach, along with ensuring that we are able to continuously target high‑performing candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and communication with prospective candidates
