Senior Tug Engineer & Operations Lead

Amentum is seeking an experienced Tug Chief Engineer to oversee operations on a US Navy program in Diego Garcia. Responsibilities include managing engineering operations, maintaining systems aboard the tug, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Qualified candidates will have 5–7 years of experience, a valid Chief Engineer license, and strong troubleshooting skills. The position also requires mentoring junior staff and maintaining operational readiness of the tug. Candidates must be able to travel internationally.
