Senior Underwriter- Commercial Lines (QC)

What You Will Do

• Underwrite and price new business applications, endorsements and renewals of complex nature on Commercial Lines policies within a set binding authority to grow and maintain a profitable portfolio.
• Maintain in-force policies and ensure all policies are issued within service standards with the appropriate wordings, schedules, and certificates attached.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with brokers by providing exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively to support broker, claims, pricing and accounting inquiries.
• Respond to telephone inquiries, make outgoing calls, and handle emails and faxes as required.
• Track and produce daily, weekly, and monthly production activity reports.
• Assist in monthly business activity reporting.
• Be willing to travel as required (approximately 20%).
