Job Description

We are on the lookout for Senior UX Researcher - (Logistics, Rider) to join our Logistics product teams to create a seamless experience for our riders. Logistics is the engine that ensures orders get to restaurants and food to customers. It is at the heart of bringing hot, delicious meals to customers in the fastest possible way. We build mobile apps and products for riders, vendors, internal product users, as well as dispatchers, planners, and support teams. To do this well, we have to understand their needs – globally!
