Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Service & Repair teams across NC and Mexico, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Execute regional Field Service operational plans aligned with commercial objectives, service KPIs, and customer commitments.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality installation, maintenance, and technical support of DePuy Synthes products in customer environments.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
