Description
Lead enterprise service delivery as a Service Delivery Manager with Maplesoft Group. This on-site role in Toronto, London (ON), or Winnipeg (MB) requires expertise in DB2 and EAI applications.
In this pivotal position, you'll manage full-service delivery and operational excellence across complex applications. You will own SLA performance, oversee client satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact between delivery teams and stakeholders. Your experience will ensure effective governance and collaboration in regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery for Mainframe and SaaS applications
• Ensure SLA and service quality compliance across all support levels
