Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual – English + French

• Security Clearance: Secret

• Location of Work: On-Site (Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa)

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have University degree or college diploma in a technology‑related field
  • The bidder must have a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated IT experience
  • The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a laptop refresh project using Intune, ServiceNow, SCCM
  • The bidder must demonstrate advanced Microsoft knowledge and experience in desktop and Office tool support
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 laptops in an enterprise environment
