The Service Desk Engineer ensures end-users can make the best use of their equipment and applications. He/she participates in the setup and configuration of network and cloud infrastructure. He/she provides support in case of user requests or operational incidents with IT systems. He/she oversees the setup and maintenance of computers systems (software and hardware). He/she will work under the supervision of Head of IT. He/she will be the backup of the Facility Manager. Bachelor in informatics or same level acquired through experience. Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies:
Windows operating systems, Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange... Good understanding of PC networks. Knowledge of Windows server management. Knowledge of computer hardware parts. Experience with IT help desk man...
