Description
Position Requirements:
Identifies telecommunication service needs and assigns appropriate service technician to the job.
Provide time estimates for work requests and schedules appointments. Monitors service progress and manages technician’s time. Updates completion notes on work performed.
Notifies supervisor of extraordinary problems; follows through to completion of projects.
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Pre-Requisites:
Previous dispatch and telecommunication industry experience a plus.
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service skills, both externally and internally.
Ability to multi-task, able to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment.
