This role is responsible for driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring high service standards while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee daily shop and field service operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and work-in-progress to meet customer timelines
• Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper invoicing (including warranty and customer pay)
• Develop and maintain service processes to optimize performance and consistency

Customer Service Excellence

• Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries and concerns
