Service Representative Support Specialist (Ottawa)

What will you do:

• Manage calibration and testing of all test equipment & safety equipment, following ISO and ATSM standards, including all vendor communications, organization and documentation.
• Assist field teams in truck safety equipment management.
• Execute warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and preparing orders following established procedures.
• Process shipments accurately while maintaining inventory control & overstock control.
• Support daily warehouse activities by following safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Develop & review processes for material management to improve productivity and cost control.
• Support field execution teams in preparing tools & material for projects.
