Become a pivotal Service Specialist managing Group Life and Health benefits in Montreal or Quebec City. This bilingual role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to serve diverse client needs effectively.
As a Service Specialist, your primary focus will be the administration of benefits plans for clients, including the preparation and review of various applications. You will be responsible for conducting educational sessions and addressing client inquiries about benefits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for finding solutions and improving client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and implement benefit plans for clients
• Prepare new case and amendment applications
• Conduct employee educational sessions on benefits
• Liaise with office to solve client issues
• Address problems related to premium billing
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
