Overview

Service Team Lead: Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for orchestrating service excellence? In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our Service Department, all while delivering exceptional customer service that sets the industry standard.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Service Technician duties, including complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, both in the shop and in the field.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to schedule, assign, and prioritize work within the service department.
  • Assist the Service Manager in booking customer repairs and maintain a balanced work schedule that includes customer, internal, and warranty repairs.
  • Field customer inquiries on technical matters related to all products, supporting the Service Manager's primary duty.
